I want to commend two of your employees for the great job they have done in helping me plan a vacation for my family.
The employees names are Lisa and Michelle. They were diligent, thorough, and very helpful making it easier for me. It is difficult when you are trying to plan for 4 different families. My children were not completely happy with my plans and were calling them and trying to change things to suit themselves, and each time they were courteous and patient attending to their wants. They came up with a package the seems to please everyone.
My husband and I have traveled with your company for many years going to Costa del Sol and bringing many of our friends with us. Since his back surgery, we have not gone back and now travel with our family since they can help attend to our needs. I am happy to come back to Sun Holidays and hope to continue our family vacations in the future.

“My family and I had a wonderful time on the July 28 Iberian Explorer. The accommodations were first class and clean. The guides were very good. Our favorite was Angel that led us through a delightful tour of the Alhambra. He was knowledgeable to the nth degree and kept us mesmerized on his every word. I will never forget the great meal that we enjoyed on Angel's recommendation. That was the Casa del Aqua in Granada.
One small problem was on our arrival to Spain in Barcelona. Our plane was delayed due to weather. I can understand why the driver was not there when we arrived. Fortunately the local Information Booth helped us call the Hotel on our itinerary. We did not have a reservation at that hotel. Also fortunately the I booth called Sun Holidays and we were able to speak with someone at your office. You called us back with the correct hotel and instructed us to take a taxi. I got a receipt, but somehow misplaced it on the trip. It was for 25 euros and I was informed that Sun Holidays would reimburse me.
Thank you for your attention in this matter. I will highly recommend your company to my friends traveling to Portugal, Spain, or Ireland”

“We recently returned from our Sun Holiday vacation in Argentina and Chile. We found the hotels to be more than adequate and the packaged tours to be of good value and very interesting.
We were very satisfied with your representative, Matias, in Buenos Aires but were extremely impressed by your contact in Santiago, Bernardo Nascelski of Sportstour.
Mr. Naschalski was a constant source of information from history to politics to economics on Chile. He was more than a guide but a teacher and a sherpa. And that was before adversity struck. When our tour bus broke down on a narrow mountain road Mr. Naschalski took complete control of the situation and had us back at our hotel just an hour late.
But Bernardo really came through when we were faced with the strike at Aerolineas Argentinas upon return. Not only did Mr. Naschelski inform us of the strike but he went the extra mile and got us transferred to another airline and got us a better flight and seats in BUSINESS class. What a guy.
We can only commend Sun Holiday Tours and Sportstour for maintaining such high standards in tours and personnel.

”Just wanted to send a note of thanks to you. We just got home from Costa de Sol area in Spain. Our stay in the Sol Aloha Puerto Hotel was wonderful. We had a great three week vacation there. We would highly recommend it to anyone. What a delight the nightly shows are. One night a two some playing instruments for dancing to and the next night professional group shows that one would spend allot of money to go to in the States. We looked forward to each show in the evening. The tours that came with the package were excellent. Three more trips were bought so we would cover more area. And what a gorgeous area it is. “We just wanted to drop an email to let you know that my husband and I enjoyed our recent 3 week extended trip to Torremolinos, Spain and we must let you know just how valuable your Senior Hostess coordinator, Karen Anne Quigley is for your company. She was a great help for us and for others who were a part of our group. We had issues with the hotel, Aloha Puerto and she negotiated our needs with them and it was worked out. The hotel actually assigned us a room on a floor where there was hallway construction going on. We could not believe that they would put people in rooms under these conditions. We paid an additional fee and were reassigned to a different floor. Throughout our stay, Karen was always available for any questions that we had and was incredibly patient, efficient and professional . Also, we need to favorably mention the Program Director for the Discover Andalucia Tours, Antonio Arjona. He was such a wonderful tour director and offered us the most interesting experiences during our included bus tours. He is a delight and a very understanding person. We had signed up for certain days to take tours and I was ill for two of them. He rescheduled the tours that we had missed and we were able to enjoy them when I felt better. Thank you for having such qualified people at our disposal while we visited an unfamiliar country and had to adjust to their customs. We do need to mention that the buffet food restaurant was disappointing. The restaurant employees were not a happy group. They were rude to us and we felt the food quality was not good. We were told that in the past there was a wonderful pasta station available but it was not in operation during our stay. We will think about what we will do for next year and hope to make that decision in the months ahead. Thank you”
